This session takes participants on a journey of discovering the foundational principles of leadership such that they are clear about what is and is not leadership. They will be provided with a roadmap to leadership development, including a process for on-going self-examination and improvement.
The workshop is inductive, allowing participants to explore freely, contest their beliefs, and examine the commonalities of leadership across cultures. This is an exciting journey in which participants will examine leadership in global and local settings, engage in introspection and self-discovery and peel back the layers of prior learnings that hinder their leadership development.
This programme targets individuals interested in obtaining a clearer perspective on leadership, those who are moving up the career ladder or those just interested in self improvement.
Participants will leave this workshop with the ability to identify the foundational principles of leadership across cultures, an understanding of the roadmap to leadership development and with the tools to develop their leadership in an ongoing process of intrspection, re-orientation and action.
