Wave Professional Styles:

The Saville Consulting Wave is a very powerful tool used in the process of selection. It identifies an employee's "best fit" environments based on their personal motives, talent and culture.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI):

The MBTI® personality assessment establishes an individual's particular personality 'type' and set of behaviour characteristics. An understanding of their "type" impacts on an individual's self-awareness, self-growth and the quality of their relationships with others.

Leadership Builder - 360° Assessments:

This Assessment tool provides a holistic view of the individual's performance from different levels and it forms a major part of the leadership profiling tool. 16 PF:

16PF stands for the 16 Personality Factors or 'source traits'. This is a valuable assessment tool for professionals in a wide range of settings. It is a valid predictor of job performance and it helps reduce the number of bad hires and placements and the associated costs
