Managing Stress
Companies as well as individuals worldwide are affected by stress. Stress damages people at work and at home. It is also present in the commercial costs of lower productivity, reduced performance due to illness, accidents, bad interpersonal relationships and lack of innovation to name a few. This problem has cost companies billions of dollars worldwide.
When individuals have too much to do and a demand that they get it done or personal issues that seem to be too much to deal with, it is a recipe for stress.
There are many reasons for managing stress and this workshop will not only bring awareness of the condition but also introduce many techniques to help individuals improve their quality of life and productivity.
